                                   E & O Liability Consultants began in 1986 specializing in Professional Liability

                                     Insurance for Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and other design professionals

                                     across the United States. In 1994, Carol H. Huff and her daughter, Candice Tickle,

                                     founded Insurance Service Corporation of America. Their goal was to have                                            an agency that would serve all the various needs of their clients, including

                                     Professional Liability, Commercial and Personal Insurance lines, Health, Life, Disability, and Long Term Care. As of August 2010, Candice Tickle assumed the regins of both agencies as her mom moved into retirement. The agency is located at 24 Salem Street, in the heart of downtown Thomasville, NC.  Backed by over twenty years of experince, ISCA is a thriving independent agency providing quality insurance products, and committed customer relationships. Carol Hiatt Huff has been in the insurance industry since 1972. She helped surveying professionals in North Carolina acquire their statute of limitation and has served on various committees to help with everything from contract wording to risk exposure. She is a graduate of Wingate University and currently sits on their Board of Visitors. In 2010, her husband "Uncle Benny" launched Cruis'n the Streets Productions offering the best in classic cruising entertainment. She and her husband currently reside in Thomasville, NC. Where she is the proud grandmother of 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Stacy & Candice Tickle

Candice Tickle is a Graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and an active alumna member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. She graduated in 1987 from T.W. Andrews High School, and has been working with Design Professionals since 1991. Her husband, Stacy, is a graduate of Robert B. Glenn High School and is a licenced Property & Causality, Life & Health, Fixed Annuity, and Surplus Lines agent. He is a member of the NC Surplus Lines Association.Together with their three children, they reside in Thomasville. Where they are activity involved with their children's school and community.
